I started climbing with John Roberts in 1974, we were in school together. Here he is at the Little Orme in June 1976 (note Roland Edwards' North Wales Limestone guidebook in his hands). We did a VS called Peace Train that day, we were gripped as it was our first visit to the Ormes.
